Offshore Data Entry
SecureOne Data Solutions offers our offshore data entry customers the price advantages of offshore labor costs. Our Nogales office, Data Center de Nogales (DCN), currently employs over 200 operators. We have the technology, workstations and space (over 24,000 usable square feet) to grow with your project or assimilate a large project with minimum lead time. In addition to data entry, the availability of educated, bi-lingual employees makes DCN an excellent choice for outsourcing business processes as well.

Our data entry software is image enabled allowing us the flexibility to scan in Phoenix and key in Nogales. We transfer data over our own secure T1 line to Nogales, Arizona and move the data via Microwave transmission, the equivalent of a T3 line, to the Nogales plant. We also have the capability to add additional T1 lines directly from our customer, allowing documents to be scanned at their facility and transferred directly to DCN. In addition, we still have the capability to key the old fashioned way, from paper.

Located just 60 miles south of Tucson International Airport, Nogales is the home to Data Center de Nogales. Nogales has a population of over 200,000 and is home to six Universities. Demographics show that almost 50% of the Nogales population is in their prime employment years. In addition, another 25% of the population will be available for employment in the next 5 to 10 years with only 7% leaving. The close proximity to a major US city and a large, educated and available workforce makes Nogales an ideal location for our newest facility.
